FRUIT SALAD

Fruit Salad is undoubtedly one of the healthiest summer desserts. Today I share with you this delicious summer recipe and the secret ingredient. With this version, you will be able to enjoy all the flavor of the fruits without the cream or condensed milk that add a lot of calories. This version is for a fruit salad loaded with flavor in a lighter, healthier, and lighter way.

I tried this American version at the baby shower my neighbors organized for me. For starters, it looked beautiful on the table. The fruit salad immediately caught the attention of all the guests because of how colorful and fresh it looked.

When we were eating we were all trying to guess what the secret ingredient was. The fruit salad had an extra sweetness but we couldn’t figure out what it was.

The secret was super simple, a can of peaches in syrup! It was the perfect vinaigrette. You mix the peaches and all the syrup from the can with the rest of the fruit and this helps the fruit look brighter and more appetizing as well as accentuates the flavor.

WHICH FRUITS SHOULD I COMBINE
The first thing is to decide which fruits you are going to combine. The secret is in how you combine the flavors of the fruits.

Remember that there are fruits with citrus flavors like orange, tangerine, others sweet like melon and banana, others bitter like strawberries and nectarine. The perfect recipe for fruit salad is to combine citrus and bitter flavors with sweet flavors such as banana with strawberries or pineapple with melon or grapes. Achieve a balance between the flavors.
